James "Jay" Starkey is a true Christian conservative running for State Senate in Indiana’s 6th District. I am the America First candidate for this race, and will stand firmly alongside President Trump's Make America Great Again Agenda. As your State Senator, I will bring responsive, accountable leadership to our State Senate, fight to protect life from conception, defend our traditional Christian family values, and fight for further tax reform and lower taxes to empower working- and middle-class Hoosiers.

     I will stand for strong immigration enforcement and Indiana's collaboration with federal enforcement authorities. I will also support policies that increase School Choice and strengthen parents' role as the primary decision-makers in their children's education, while strongly opposing any attempt to reintroduce DEI and Critical Race Theory into our schools. Here in Indiana, we believe that MEI (Merit, Excellence, and Intelligence) are the values that promote the best outcome for our Hooiser Students.
